2026 MOLE CONTROL PRICING INFORMATION

Gardner Trapping Solutions offers two plan options for 2026 to provide property owners with a choice that best suits their mole control situation. Choose between a season long Full Maintenance Plan or select the Pay Per Mole Plan and call us in when you detect mole activity. Both plans will incorporate our 10-day mole trapping program with a minimum of (3) trap checks made during that timeframe to clear traps of catches and ensure trapping sets remain functional. The 2026 season runs March 15 to November 14.

FULL MAINTENANCE PLAN

From March 15 to November 14 we monitor your property on a monthly basis and place mole traps upon detection of mole activity. Traps are typically set for a 10-day duration with at least (3) trap checks done during that timeframe. We will clear your property of any mole hills found and will tamp down the tunnels once mole activity has ceased and traps have been removed.

All moles are physically removed - no poisons, no fumigation techniques, no chemicals.

$495.00 for the complete season

PAY PER MOLE PLAN

With this plan you call us when you detect mole activity and we will schedule a date to implement our 10-day program at your property.

An initial $45 fee (only assessed one time per season) is charged to have us inspect your property and set the traps. Once traps are set a fee of $45 is charged for each mole caught. If the total cost at that property reaches $540 we will automatically switch you to the Full Maintenance Plan and no additional charges will be added for the remainder of the season.

$45.00 setup fee + $45.00 per each mole caught. $540.00 season price cap.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The following statements apply to both plan options, unless specified:

1. Service plans are for residential properties 2-acres or less. Larger residential and commercial properties will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

2. Service plan pricing applies to properties within the general service area of Gardner Trapping Solutions. Any properties beyond a 25-mile radius of Paris, Michigan are subject to additional charges.

3. Full Maintenance Plan fee is due within 10 days of start of service.

4. Pay Per Mole Plan setup fee will be billed upon completion of the 10-day trapping program along with billing for moles caught and removed. Setup fee will only occur at initial service of the 2026 season. A season cap of $540.00 will apply with the property owner automatically switched to the Full Maintenance Plan when cap is reached.

5. Full Maintenance Plan customers get first priority in terms of scheduling.

6. Traps used will be Mole Reaper or Trapline brand unless specified otherwise.

7. Gardner Trapping Solutions will utilize trapping equipment and methods to reduce the risk of incidental or accidental trapping issues. Gardner Trapping Solutions is not liable for property owner pets or stray animals caught in traps.

8. Traps will be checked in accordance with State of Michigan regulations.

9. Any traps damaged/vandalized/interfered with or removed from the property without Gardner Trapping Solutions authorization will be billed at the discretion of Gardner Trapping Solutions to the property owner for the full replacement cost of the equipment.

10. Updates or changes to the verbiage of this agreement will be posted on the Gardner Trapping Solutions website.
